Bio-bins®: Sustainable Clinical Waste Solutions for Healthcare & Labs

Introduction: What are Bio-bins®?

Bio-bins® represent the latest advancement in clinical waste management, combining innovation with sustainability. Composed of 96% paper, these containers offer an environmentally responsible and cost-effective solution for handling small volumes of clinical waste.

Designed for versatility and safety, their compact, lightweight, and collapsible nature makes them ideal for placement at the point-of-use, such as on workbenches in clinical treatment rooms, laboratories, and veterinary practices. Each Bio-bin® is equipped with an integrated Bio-matt™ to absorb excess liquid, ensuring safe disposal for both wet and dry clinical waste.

Why Choose Bio-bins® for Your Facility?

Space-Saving

The simple "pop-up" mechanism allows for flat-pack storage and quick deployment, helping to maximise workspace in busy treatment areas. Each bin includes a temporary seal for periods of non-use.

Eco-friendly

Made from 96% paper, Bio-bins® provide a sustainable alternative to traditional single-use plastic containers, helping reduce CO2 emissions during transport and disposal.

Absorbent Mat

Every unit features an integrated Bio-matt™ capable of absorbing residual liquids, maintaining high hygiene standards.

Point-of-Use

Designed for safety, Bio-bins® can be placed directly where waste is generated, minimising the risk of cross-contamination and the need to transport hazardous items across your facility.
