How can I protect urinal pipes from blockages?
If they are already blocked, a deep clean should be carried out by a dedicated specialist cleaning company such as Rentokil Specialist Hygiene. To prevent blockages occurring through uric scale build up, Signature BioFlow should be installed to provide ongoing control of uric scale from within the pipes themselves.

What causes urinal pipes to be blocked?
Debris such as chewing gum and hair and crystallised uric scale combine to block urinals within pipework. Thankfully, by installing Signature BioFlow this can be avoided. The unique urinal mat prevents debris washing into the pipes, and bioenzymes control and destroy uric acid

How can I improve the smell of my washrooms?
The Ice Cool fragrance emitted from our EVA urinal mat works in tandem with the bio-enzymatic action of the Signature BioFlow to provide ongoing, pleasant washroom environments. Does Signature BioFlow fit in every urinal and toilet?
No, Signature Bioflow is not suitable for toilets. It will fit easily into most bowl urinals and some trough urinals. This will be identified during the washrooms survey and an alternative product advised.
