New Dyson Airblade V Hand Dryer Launched

Dyson, the British engineering company, have launched a new cold air hand dryer called the Airblade V.

The development of the Dyson’s digital motor has enabled Dyson to build the new hand dryer which sit just 4 inches from the wall and dries hands hygienically in 10 seconds. The slim and compact profile of the new hand dryer makes it suitable for smaller washrooms, particularly washrooms with limited wall space.

The Airblade V hand dryer uses a HEPA filter to remove 99.9% of bacteria and viruses from the dirty washroom air. This cleaner air is then forced at 430mph through two specifically angled apertures at the bottom of the dryer creating two sheets of air that literally scrape the water from your hands in 10 seconds.

The fascia of the airblade V is moulded from one piece to eliminate the possibility of grime and bacteria build up in the joints between different parts. A antimicrobial surface coating that removes 99.9% of surface bacteria has enabled the hand dryer to certified hygienic by NSF International an independent health specialist.

Up to 69% cheaper to run per year and producing at least 67% less CO₂ than some other hand dryers and paper towels, the Dyson Airblade V helps reduce your organisations impact on the environment.
