Armed with a BCom in Marketing and a BPhed in Physical Education from the "Land of the Scarfies" (Dunedin, New Zealand), Haylee discovered her true calling in the dynamic world of digital marketing. Her 20-year journey spans the entire digital spectrum, leading her to Rentokil Initial in 2014. As the current Regional Head of Digital for a diverse region encompassing the UK, Ireland, SSA, and the Baltics, Haylee thrives on navigating multiple languages, cultures, and business units. She values collaboration and enjoys connecting with the wider Rentokil Initial family to gain deeper insights into their specific businesses. Outside of work, Haylee, along with her family, embraces a life of adventure, frequently seeking thrills on the ski slopes, bike trails, or through long-haul journeys back to New Zealand.
