The Dyson airblade is an innovative automatic cold air hand dryer that creates a high velocity sheet of air that dries your hands in just 10 seconds.

Utilising Dyson’s highly efficient digital motor, the dyson airblade draws 35 litres of air a second through a HEPA filter, capturing 99.9% of the bacteria from the dirty washroom air. This air is then forced through the dyson airblade through two continuous apertures the width of a human eyelash. This process produces two sheets of 400mph clean air enabling the dyson airblade to scrape the water from your hands like a windscreen wiper.

The use of intelligent infrared sensors embedded in the dyson airblade enable touch free operation and with no energy hungry heating element, means running the dyson airblade hand dryer costs up to 80% less than a traditional warm air hand dryer to run.

The dyson airblade hand dryer saves over 730,000 paper towels from being produced, transported and disposed of so enables you to make a positive impact on your business’s environmental policy while reducing waste.

Anti-microbial additives have been infused into all the durable and robust external surfaces of the dyson airblade to inhibit bacterial growth, providing additional hygienic assurance for the user.

Certified Hygienic

NSF International, the consulting body on workplace hygiene, tested the dyson airblade hand dryer and certified it as compliant with its strict requirements for a hygienic hand drying system. The dyson airblade hand dryer is the only hand dryer that is compliant with NSF Protocol P335 for hygienic hand dryers.

Carbon Footprint

Everything we make or use has a carbon footprint. It represents the total amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases generated during its life. Working with the Carbon Trust, Dyson measured the carbon footprint of the dyson airblade hand dryer. The calculation covers: materials, manufacture, transportation, use and end-of-life disposal.
