The Solution
Initial Air Services is a long-established partner at Manchester Airport. We've held the contract for more than 20 years - with regular re-tenders every 4 or 5 years throughout that period.
During the most recent round of re-tender, Initial Air Services was successful in gaining the business as sole cleaning contractor for a further four years to 2010. This represents an unbroken tenure of some 24 years.
The support we provide covers an extensive range, from terminal and office cleaning, through toilet and washroom services, to recycling and roadway winterisation.

High priority is also placed on training, and we have a site-based Training Manager who is responsible for ensuring that programmes are developed and implemented to meet needs, including technical skills, time management and customer care.
