We are totally focused on customer requirements. Anytime there is a query or a need, our Helpdesk is ready to assist.
A simple phone call will see the Initial Helpdesk team raise a log and then forward the details to one of our District Managers. The District Manager then has a set time to take appropriate action. Once that is done, the Helpdesk is advised and the team checks with the site to confirm a satisfactory outcome.
We've also ensured that a complete escalation process is in place, should something unforeseen occur along the way.
