Electronic Quality Auditing
Maintaining high quality standards is a critical concern for us. To ensure we are always on target, we have developed a system based on state-of-the-art Pocket Computers.
Our District Managers use these to carry out regular quality audits. The audit process is usually completed with a customer representative so that any issues or opportunities can be discussed as they arise. At the end of the process, the customer signs off on the audit using the computer’s ‘graffiti pad’. This ensures agreement on quality scores and on any additional actions that may be required.
Finally, the audit is uploaded to our main server and appears on the customer's bespoke extranet site.
